Campus Tours

Tours of the campus are offered Monday through Friday year-round. Tours are also available on select Saturdays; for available times and dates, please call (800) 862-2416 and ask for the Campus Visit Office. A student guide will give you a tour of our campus. About the Campus

The Daytona Beach campus is home to approximately 4,500 undergraduates, 400 graduate students, and more than 1,000 faculty and staff. The 185 acre-campus includes 38 buildings, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and several athletic fields. The Lehman Engineering and Technology Center houses subsonic and supersonic wind tunnels and a smoke tunnel as well as structures, materials, aircraft design, and composite materials labs. The College of Aviation Building features state-of-the-art air traffic, meteorology, and safety labs. The high-bay Simulator Building is home to several world-class Flight Training Devices (FTDs). These FTDs complement flight training conducted in our fleet of Cessna 172s  (many equipped with glass cockpits), Piper Arrows, and Seminoles. Other campus facilities include the ICI Center (athletics field house and fitness center), Instructional Center, Interfaith Chapel, and Student Village.

Dining Services

Campus visitors are welcome to eat with students, staff, and faculty. A wide variety of hot and cold food is served daily in the University Food Court (cafeteria) and Landing Strip Snack Bar located in the John Paul Riddle Student Center. Coupons entitling you to a free lunch are available in the Admissions Office.
